eWebNet Marketing (the company) offers a 30 day money back guarantee. If during the first 30 days after ordering the Total Support Live, you (the user) are unhappy with your purchase, you may submit a full refund request. Any such request must be made before the end of 30 days from the moment the initial payment was made. Access to the script will then be immediately terminated upon refunding and the software script will no longer work.

No refund will be issued after the 30 days of ordering the Total Support Live.

All cancellations must be made by user via eWebNet Marketing Cancel Request Form.

Payment of US $54.00 (discount US $27.00) is for the purchase of software script. The price does not include installation of software script. Installation instructions are provided, however we can provide an installation service for a small additional charge.

User agree to keep the download site for Total Support Live for their sole use only. eWebNet Marketing track all users and will take appropriate action, which could lead to termination of your access without refund of any fees paid plus legal action for loss of revenue.

eWebNet Marketing provides the software script "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Users agree that eWebNet Marketing shall not be responsible for any downloading of items from the download site. Use of the Total Support Live is at the users own risk and that the users will be solely responsible for any damages to their computer or data that results.
